Shipping
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 10-20 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
Returns & Refunds
At WELVAUX we take product quality seriously. Every order is carefully processed and shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We offer a 14-day return policy under the following condition:
We only accept returns if the product arrived damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@welvaux.com
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect
- Include your order number in the message
Once we review your evidence and approve the return we will offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement sent to your address
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
- Minor cosmetic differences from product photos
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Lost or Stolen Packages
WELVAUX is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived please contact us at hello@welvaux.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by WELVAUX. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
